the family poems...

Hi There,
I love poem. Since I was a kid, I always adore people express their poem. They express it sincerely from their heart.

Here is my poem for my family
It is common misconception that love is developed with unconditional love and understanding. Well that is one kind of love. But how come there is often so much friction in our family relationships? People are always saying, "Oh, my sister and I, we fought like cats and dogs". Friction in relationships is an opportunity to realize our differences and accept that although we can never fully understand each other, nonetheless we accept and love each other.

My Family
My family is great my family is fun we are there for each other and everybody knows to run when one is hurt, I love my family we are fun and free, I love my family it's my mum, dad, sisters, and me
My family is weird sometimes, but in a pretty cool way, they are all so talented, and admired throughout the seven seas
My dad is great he is always there for me, he never gives up and pushes and pushes me
My mum is a fighter, but has a gentle hands, she has a keen eye, and a mean left hook
My sisters are wacky, and crack, and everything dopy, but I love them anyway.
Yup that's my family, oh boy my family and me.

And I have something for my Mak too..
Mother's are the most important individuals in our lives. We begin our lives completely dependent on them for our every need. Many believe that we search for aspects of the mother child relationship throughout our entire lives. Love it or hate it, she was your first love and will never be gone from your heart. You will always be in her heart also. Try telling her not to love you, try telling to her to forget you existed. It is impossible. Unless you are a mother yourself, you can never understand the intensity of this love.

Mak
Thank you...
For standing by me through thick and thin
For not giving up on me when I didn't win
For your patience when I kept pushing you away
For caring when I said I didn't need you anyway

I am grateful knowing...
I can count on your strength
Ask for your support, and know you'll go to any length
When I lose my way
You help me get back on track
When in pain
Your comfort soothes and brings me back

I am lucky because...
When I was sad you gave me faith and hope
When I was confused you taught me how to cope
When I felt I couldn't go on
You carried me long miles
When I didn't believe
You restored my smiles

Mak, Thank you
For your guidance and you faith you've shown
For giving me a safe place where I have grown
For showing me how to strive
Because of your love
I will survive

as well as my Bak
Our fathers carry half of our genetic makeup. Our relationship with our father plays a huge part of who we will become. In many segments of society, people grow up without ever knowing their fathers. This is unfortunate because fathers should play as important a role in raising their children as mothers. A father is the model of a man for his daughter and she will choose a man who is like him. A father is the model for his son as well. Fortunately, there is a trend for fathers to be more active in their children's lives.

Bak
MY BAK LOOKS TOUGH AS NAILS
AND HARD AS METAL
BUT THE TRUTH IS EASY TO TELL
HE’S SWEET AND LOVING
AND CAN ALWAYS UNDERSTAND ME

PATIENT HE IS
AND HE ALWAYS MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE IN MY EVERYDAY LIFE.
ALWAYS MANAGING TO PUT A SMILE ON MY FACE
EVEN WHEN HIS DAYS AREN'T SO GOOD

MY BAK IS MY HERO
HE IS MY BEST FRIEND WHO I CAN ALWAYS TRUST
AND I DON’T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT BEING MISJUDGED

HERE IS MY BAK
AND ABOVE EVERYBODY HE IS WHO MAKES ME FEEL VERY HAPPY
THE TRUTH IS I LOVE MY BAK

and my sisters
Having a sister in your life can either be a wonderful or terrible experience, depending on your relationship. If you have an older sister and you are a girl, she can often show you how to navigate the way through some of the more difficult areas of growing up. This is also true if you are a boy. Your older sister can help explain to you how to interact with the opposite sex. Younger sisters are a joy as well. They often worship their older siblings and it can be a nice experience to be admired. Relationships with sisters, like any relationship depend on the people involved.

Three Sisters
We are three sisters
Three sisters are we
I love each of you
And I know you love me

We’re not always together
Life sometimes keeps us apart
But we're never separated
We’re in each other's heart

Now I know we've had our troubles
But we always get thru
The real message is you love me
And I also love you

We have had lots of good times
That we'll never forget
Sometimes we worry
And sometimes we fret

But if God ever gave me
Something special you see
It might have been the blessing of
Three sisters are we
The Lord above has gave me lots
Of happiness and glee
But the most special thing he did was
Make us sisters, all three

I hope everyone likes the above poems and I will post more in my next post. It is kinda late now and I am so sleepy. Need my beauty sleep now...

nighty night...

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)

Hi There, As some people know that I am suffering from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), let me share some info with all girls and women out there. I have discovered that I am suffering from PCOS in January 2009. This is caused by irregular menses that I had since August 2008. I have decided to go to a Gynaecologist to proceed with a medical check up and blood test result showed that I am suffering from this syndrome. It was hard for me to accept it at first. But after lots of reading done be it online or magazines as well as some information given by me Gynaecologist, I feel much better and in fact more confident of myself stepping through this syndrome. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is one of the most common female endocrine disorders affecting approximately 5%-10% of women of reproductive age (12-45 years old) and was once thought erroneously to be one of the leading causes of infertility. The principal features are obesity, anovulation (resulting in irregular menstruat
